Track & Field within the US is governed by USA Track & Field (USATF) and SafeSport.

Athletes and their communities are able to report alleged abuse and misconduct to SafeSport, USATF, or both. Both SafeSport and USATF allow anonymous reports to be made. 

It should be noted that if you’re reporting sexual abuse or misconduct, it will most likely be SafeSport who handles the report and that USATF may file a report with SafeSport if you haven’t already done so.
