Fencing within the US is governed by SafeSport and by USA Fencing. 

Athletes and their communities are able to report alleged abuse and misconduct to SafeSport, USA Fencing, or both. Both SafeSport and USA Fencing allow anonymous reports to be made. 

It should be noted that if you’re reporting sexual abuse or misconduct, it will most likely be SafeSport who handles the report and that USA Fencing may file a report with SafeSport if you haven’t already done so.
