Bowling within the US is governed by the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) and by SafeSport.

Athletes and their communities are able to report alleged abuse and misconduct to SafeSport, USABC, or both. Both SafeSport and USABC allow anonymous reports to be made. 

It should be noted that if you’re reporting sexual abuse or misconduct, it will most likely be SafeSport who handles the report and that USABC may file a report with SafeSport if you haven’t already done so.
