Basketball within the US is governed by USA Basketball and SafeSport.

Athletes and their communities are able to report alleged abuse and misconduct to SafeSport, USA Basketball, or both. Both SafeSport and USA Basketball allow anonymous reports to be made. 

It should be noted that if you’re reporting sexual abuse or misconduct, it will most likely be SafeSport who handles the report and that USA Basketball may file a report with SafeSport if you haven’t already done so.
